Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Teacher of English to join a welcoming secondary school in Ormskirk. This is a full-time temporary role starting immediately and running until Christmas, ideal for an experienced English Teacher or a confident ECT seeking their next role.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, develop literacy, reading and writing skills, and contribute to a positive department and wider school community.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching English in a secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Able to build positive relationships with students
• Available to start immediately
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Teacher of English to join a welcoming secondary school in Ormskirk. This is a full-time temporary position starting immediately and running until Christmas, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced English Teacher or a confident ECT looking for their next role.

The successful Teacher of English will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-planned English lessons across the secondary age range, helping students to develop their literacy, reading and writing skills. You will join a supportive department and contribute positively to the wider school community.

The Role:

• Full-time Teacher of English position

• Teaching English across KS3 and/or KS4

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English in a secondary school

This Teacher of English role would suit an experienced secondary English Teacher, an ECT looking for further classroom experience, or a teacher seeking a temporary position in the Ormskirk area.
