We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Teacher of English to join our successful, dedicated, and high-achieving English Department. The ideal candidate will be a learner‑centred and collaborative practitioner with a strong knowledge of both English Language and English Literature, and the ability to inspire learners across the full ability range.

This post would suit an ambitious, energetic, and rigorous teacher who is eager to bring creativity and excellence to our department, helping to build on its strong record of achievement. A commitment to working closely with colleagues within the Communications Faculty to continually enhance the learning experience is essential. Flexibility to contribute to teaching outside the English curriculum, where required, is also important.

We would particularly welcome a colleague who is keen to contribute to and develop our extra‑curricular provision, enriching the wider life of the school.
