Overview

We are looking for a creative and innovative person with high expectations to teach within our Economics Department. The role is part‑time (approx 0.3 to 0.4FTE) and available from September 2026 or sooner.

Salary and Appointment

Salary Grade: Manchester High School for Girls has its own salary scale and the salary for the role will be dependent on qualifications, knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality teaching to economics students.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assessment and feedback in line with curriculum expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
