A leading educational institution in Worthing is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Computer Science & Computing to inspire students through engaging lessons. Pro rata of £27,785 - £43,325 per annum (i.e. £20,005.20- £31,194) per year.
26.64 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Salary growth opportunities: may be eligible for a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £6,000. Eligibility criteria are available on the college website.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Computer Science & Computing to inspire 16‑19 year‑old students through their A Level Computer Science and BTEC Computing course. You will create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learners, and ignite their passion for computer science, equipping them to excel in this industry.
Requirements: relevant subject experience and experience of teaching and assessing in Computer Science and/or Computing. You will hold a level 3 qualification in a related subject, and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification. We offer a fully funded Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship and other professional development pathways.
