A leading educational institution in Kidderminster is looking for a dedicated Teacher of Business. This full-time, permanent role offers a unique opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced teachers to make an impact. The successful candidate will teach business studies at KS4 and KS5 levels and participate in extra-curricular activities. About the role :

We are seeking to appoint a teacher of business to work at King Charles I School. We want to appoint an ambitious and dynamic teacher who we can grow into a successful head of department in the near future. You will be hardworking, determined, and ready to make a mark as well as being an exceptional practitioner with high expectations of every student. This role presents an exciting opportunity for either a newly qualified or experienced teacher who is ready for a new challenge.

The teacher of business studies will be accountable for : Planning and teaching lessons to the classes they are assigned to teach within the context of the school’s plans, curriculum and schemes of work. The successful candidate would teach business studies to KS4 and KS5 and be expected to engage in extra-curricular activity as required.

Our successful candidate will have the following experience, skillset and qualifications :

  • Commitment to improving student learning and raising achievement
  • Enthusiasm to inspire in students a desire to learn and participate
  • Honours Degree
  • DfE recognised Qualified Teacher Status

The post is full-time and permanent, to begin in either Easter or September 2026 and is suitable for both experienced and Early Career teachers. This role reports to a member of SLT.
