Salary: Teachers Main/Upper Scale

Full Time (32.5 hours per week)

Start: January - April 2026

As part of Bordesley MAT, Birchensale Middle School works closely with Trinity High School, Woodfield Academy and Holyoakes Field First School in a very localised MAT focusing on the development of children in Redditch. Working together as part of the three-tier system we aspire to improve the educational offer for the local community.

Birchensale Middle School is a popular 5-form entry middle school with pupils on roll aged 9-13 years old. We are a happy, vibrant learning community, with high aspirations for the children in our care and the staff team that supports them.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Art Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking department. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative educator to inspire and nurture the artistic talent across Key Stages 2-3.
