What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with the ability to deliver creative and innovative lessons to join our busy Post‑16 Department. Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL) or the willingness to start working towards Level 3 BSL as soon as practicable upon appointment is essential.

We are looking for a teacher who can set and achieve high expectations for our learners, to plan, prepare, deliver and assess, from a range of curricula including GCSE Maths, GCSE English, Functional Skills Maths and English (from Entry Level 1 – Level 2), Driving Theory, British Sign Language and Preparation for Adulthood sessions incorporating PSHE, RSE and careers education.
