We require a class teacher who has a positive attitude towards self-improvement and a commitment to collaboration, reflection and continual improvement. We are looking for someone who brings energy and enthusiasm, expresses unerring positivity, values kindness and gratitude, and has the ability to inspire both pupils and colleagues.

We have a team brimming with strength and potential. We are a learning community that is not afraid to take risks, embrace innovation and strive for excellence. Children and staff are happy, enthusiastic and supportive of one another. Our Christian values underpin our warm and inclusive environment and shape our relationships, decision-making and learning.

We also recognise that life is about more than work. We value staff wellbeing and work-life balance and have taken meaningful steps to support this. Whilst we know there is always more to do, we are committed to listening to staff and continually exploring ways to improve.
