Primary & Secondary Teaching Roles

Location: Spalding & surrounding areas, PE, LE, NN

Contract: Supply | Temporary | Temp-to-Perm | Permanent | Long-Term | Short-Term

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £120 - £261 per day (depending on role & experience – long‑term roles paid to scale MPS‑UPS where applicable)

We're recruiting teachers and teaching staff for a wide range of primary and secondary schools across Spalding and the surrounding area. We have opportunities to suit your circumstances, including day‑to‑day supply, short- and long-term assignments, temp‑to‑perm, and permanent roles. Whether you're an ECT, experienced teacher, cover supervisor, or support staff, we'd love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

• QTS in the UK or substantial UK classroom experience
• Experience in primary and/or secondary settings
• A proactive, flexible and professional approach
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confident, reliable and team-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities (role‑dependent)

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons appropriate to age and ability
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
• Adapt confidently to different schools and settings
• Work collaboratively with school staff
