Astro Education are looking for experienced Teachers and ECT's to work across Cheshire East and West (Nursery, Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, Secondary and SEN)

About the Opportunity

Astro Education are seeking to recruit Teachers across Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in Cheshire East and West. The positions will vary and suit all, ranging from part time, full time, long term and permanent. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £160 to £210 a day depending on experience.

What you will need to succeed
  • Delivering high quality teaching in Nursery, EYFS, Primary (Key Stage 1 or 2), SEN and Secondary settings.
  • Supporting learners with diverse needs, including SEN and EAL.
  • Creating inclusive, engaging, and ambitious lessons.
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and leadership teams to raise standards.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Nursery, Primary, Secondary, or SEN settings.
  • A strong commitment to pupil progress, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Adaptability, positivity, and resilience.
  • DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Be flexible and patient.
  • Be able to communicate effectively within a team.
  • Open to / or have experience of working with a variety of SEND needs.
