English 1 is hiring motivated, globally minded individuals for full-time English teaching jobs in China.

No teaching experience? No problem— if you've led presentations, coached a team, worked in customer service or sales, or have background in performing arts or public speaking, you already have transferable skills for the classroom. We provide full training, ready-made materials, and visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Genuine interest in education, cultural exchange, and international relocation.
• Background in teaching, customer service, sales, theatre, or public speaking is a plus.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus — we can sponsor TEFL.
• Clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive classroom.
• Deliver engaging lessons using English 1's award-winning curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Coach and mentor students, building their confidence and communication skills.
• Take part in school events, cultural exchange activities, and student engagement programs.
