• Strong knowledge of London and wider UK geography and routes.
• Proficient in English: speaking, reading and writing.
• Excellent organisational, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable working independently and under pressure during busy periods.

• Control and oversee 40‑50 vehicles and their drivers.

This is a hands‑on operational role for someone with prior controller experience and strong local knowledge.

• Allocate and dispatch jobs efficiently to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor vehicle and driver availability, performance and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers and support teams.

Contract: Permanent / Full‑time

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
