Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in taxation law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.
• Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be attractive.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Partner with control over client relationships and fee arrangements.
• Lead and participate in business development to grow practice.
• Deliver taxation advisory and litigation services across a broad range of complex taxation matters.

The Role

We are seeking a taxation solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex taxation law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.
