A leading financial services firm in greater London is seeking an experienced SVP of tax structuring to oversee various tax matters for its EMEA funds and investors. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop tax efficient strategies, advise on fund structuring, and manage complex cross-border investments. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in fund tax structuring and professional qualifications from a law firm or Big 4 Accounting firm.
The Tax Department reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is in charge of all tax related matters including tax structuring, tax compliance, tax planning and tax accounting. We are looking for an experienced counsel, or SVP, of tax structuring to join our London office and oversee a variety of tax matters for our EMEA funds and investors. This role will sit within the wider Finance team and report to the Head of Tax in NYC.
