Pure Search is partnered with a UK‑headquartered consumer brand looking to hire a Tax Manager for their compliance and reporting team in London.

The Role

Our client, operating across multiple international markets, is seeking a highly capable Tax Manager to support its global operations. The individual in this role will focus on ensuring robust tax compliance, overseeing consolidated reporting, and providing strategic support to senior tax leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on tax matters to business units, assisting senior tax leadership with complex queries and ad‑hoc projects.
  • Prepare corporate tax returns and individual entity tax disclosures, ensuring alignment with reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to deliver accurate year‑end tax calculations and group‑level reporting.
  • Support global compliance efforts, including R&D credit claims, transfer pricing documentation, and country‑by‑country reporting.
  • Analyze complex financial data to uncover insights and support informed decision‑making.
  • Ensure all tax documentation and working papers meet high‑quality standards and internal audit requirements.
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified with extensive experience in statutory tax reporting and corporate tax filings under IFRS.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic taxation with familiarity in international tax rules and cross‑border risk considerations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across multiple teams and regions.
  • No visa sponsorship required.
  • Ability to come to London minimum one day per week.
