Job summary

RGM Partners is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing accountancy and business advisory team in London. You will deliver tax compliance and advisory services, manage a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, and work with Partners on complex assignments while mentoring junior team members.

The role combines technical tax advisory work with client relationship management, development of the tax team, and opportunities for career progression within a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge across corporation tax, income tax and capital gains tax.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supervising, coaching or developing junior team members.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships across a varied portfolio of larger and more complex tax clients.
• Provide tax planning and advisory support to business owners.
• Advise on acquisition and disposal of businesses and properties.
• Oversee the delivery of the tax return programme and HMRC enquiries.
