Clark Wood – Tax Recruitment is seeking an OMB Tax Manager in Bristol. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses with oversight of corporate and personal tax returns and proactive tax planning.

The successful candidate will have UK practice experience, be CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified, and bring strong technical and client-management skills to drive advisory opportunities and career progression.

Clark Wood are recruiting for an OMB Tax Manager to join an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers in Bristol.

The role would suit a CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified tax professional with strong experience advising owner-managed businesses.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of OMB clients
• Review Corporation and Personal Tax returns
• Provide tax planning and advisory support
• Advise on profit extraction and remuneration
• Support business restructures and incorporations
• Advise on CGT and Business Asset Disposal Relief
• Work closely with Accounts, Audit and Partners
• Identify further advisory opportunities
