Universal Music Group seeks a Tax Manager to lead UK tax compliance for our business units and advise on tax issues. Based at 4 Pancras Square, London, you will collaborate with Global Tax and BU Finance teams to address business needs.
Reporting to Head of UK Tax, you will deliver corporate, employment, VAT and international taxes, support audits with HMRC, and guide acquisitions and restructurings while staying ahead of evolving tax legislation.

The primary responsibility of the Tax Manager will be the management of compliance with Tax reporting requirements for Universal Music Group’s business units (BU) in the UK as well as providing advice on tax issues where required. The Tax Manager will establish and maintain strong relationships with the Global Tax and BU Finance teams to help effectively address business issues.
