Our client, a leading international law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Tax Associate with 2 to 5 years PQE to join its London office. The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative and high-performing team that advises on strategic tax planning, structuring, and implementation across complex, cross-border transactions. The team also handles global tax controversies, transfer pricing matters, and dispute resolution, offering a busy and intellectually stimulating environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a qualified solicitor with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience gained at a top-tier practice in London or a comparable common law jurisdiction. However, applications from those with slightly more or less experience will be considered on merit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client service skills, excellent written communication and drafting abilities, and a proactive approach to taking on responsibility. A strong academic background is essential.
