Qualifications

• Manager-level in M&A tax, preferably in Big 4 or legal firm, specializing in international tax.
• Strong understanding of tax principles, compliance, and regulations, with exposure to transactional tax matters.
• Experience in a Transfer Pricing team with a broader tax background is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationships.
• Demonstrated curiosity about business development activities and client presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex tax issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and placement of sophisticated tax risks in the insurance market.
• Lead day to day delivery of broking placements including client engagement.
• Supervise post transaction handling of invoicing.
• Manage collaborator relationships for business generation.
• Assist with proposals/pitches and developing the team's pipeline.
