Job summary

Dains Accountants in Glasgow invites ambitious graduates to join our Corporate Tax team in Scotland. You will embark on a 3-year ATT/CTA graduate training programme, aiming for Chartered Accountant status while gaining hands-on experience with a range of clients.

Our Tax team provides exposure to diverse tax matters and offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with hybrid working options, paid subscriptions, and ongoing professional development through the Dains Academy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade C in Maths and English at National 5 Grade.
• A minimum of 112 UCAS points or equivalent (Excluding General Studies).
• 2:1 honour degree/predicated.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Tax team with tax compliance and advisory work.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance for a range of clients.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate tax guidance.

Our Tax Team

Our Tax team gives you exposure to a wide range of clients. You’ll work with businesses to ensure they meet their corporate tax obligations alongside analysing financial data, identify tax‑saving opportunities, prepare tax returns and advising clients on how to stay compliant. Our tax experts are detail orientated individuals who provide tailored advice to businesses.

Working as part of our tax team will allow you to be a part of a fast paced, problem‑solving environment allowing you to quickly enhance your career.
