Job summary

The Dains Group is inviting graduates to join our Dartford office as a 2027 Tax Graduate. You will begin a structured programme leading to ACA/CTA chartered accountant status, with exposure to corporate tax, personal tax, and VAT.

You will work in a fast-paced tax team, receive a comprehensive induction, and benefit from hybrid working options, 25 days annual leave, and ongoing professional development opportunities through the Dains Academy.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade 6 or equivalent.
• A minimum of 120 UCAS points or equivalent (excluding General Studies).
• 2:1 honours degree (predicated).
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of tax returns across corporate and personal tax and VAT.
• Support tax planning and compliance work under supervision.

Our Tax Team

Our Tax team gives you the best of both worlds! You will receive exposure to a wide range of tax disciplines, including corporate tax, personal tax, and VAT.

You’ll work with businesses and individuals to ensure they meet their tax obligations while identifying opportunities for tax efficiency and planning. Our tax experts are detail orientated individuals who provide tailored advice to businesses and individuals. You will help to support the preparation of tax returns, advising on compliance and supporting with complex transactions.

Working as part of our tax team will allow you to be apart of a fast paced, problem solving environment allowing you to quickly enhance your career.
