Job summary

A global Energy company is seeking a Compliance and Reporting Tax Manager. This role can be fully remote or based in London. You will lead IFRS tax reporting, manage compliance across jurisdictions, and work with a skilled team. Candidates must be qualified (CTA/ ACA/ ACCA/ ATT) and have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Qualified CTA/ ACA/ ACCA/ ATT required.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience or Senior Manager from practice.
• Experience with financial statement disclosures.

Job description

A global Energy company are recruiting a Compliance and Reporting Tax Manager to join their team. This role can be fully remote or based in their headquarters in London. As a result of rapid growth, the FTSE Listed business are now expanding their team

This role reports directly to the Head of Tax and will influence tax reporting processes, provide insight across global operations, and work at a senior level within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on IFRS tax reporting and ensure accuracy of tax provisions and financial statement disclosures.
• Oversee global compliance activities, maintaining adherence across multiple jurisdictions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external advisors and tax authorities.
• Lead a team of 3 tax members
• Ensure the group s tax affairs are fully compliant, timely, and accurately reflected in reporting.

Qualifications

CTA/ ACA/ ACCA/ ATT qualified

Ideally a Senior Manager or experienced Manager from practice or minimum 2 years of industry experience
