Tax & Client Growth Manager – About The Role
  • Lead a small client-facing team, ensuring excellent service and compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new or additional services
  • Actively contribute to business development and revenue growth initiatives
  • Set and monitor team targets for performance, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on both tax and client relationship skills
  • Oversee Self-Assessment and other compliance work to ensure accuracy and adherence to legislation
  • Analyse client data to provide insight and support commercial decision-making
