Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for a Corporate Tax assistant for a leading global energy technology company based in Aberdeen. The role is full time and permanent, onsite in Aberdeen, offering hands-on experience in a specialised area of finance.

You will support the preparation and submission of UK corporation tax returns, assist with tax reporting, and collaborate with accounting, treasury and reporting teams. A Degree in Accounting and Finance is required, or relevant finance/tax experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting and Finance
• Alternatively, previous experience working within a finance, accounting, or tax-related field

• Support the preparation and submission of UK corporation tax returns and tax computations
• Assist with direct and indirect tax reporting and compliance activities
• Support overseas tax return preparation and related tax administration processes
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and statutory reporting teams across the business
• Maintain accurate tax records, documentation, and compliance schedules
• Assist with responding to internal and external tax-related queries
• Support the use and maintenance of tax software and reporting systems
• Develop technical knowledge through training and professional qualification studies
