Responsibilities

• You will work closely with the Tax Partners, taking responsibility for tax advisory projects from beginning to end. You will have excellent client-facing skills and will also assist with business development initiatives and delivering presentations as required.
• Corporate reconstructions: demergers, creating group structures. MBO's, buying and selling companies, cash extraction techniques using personal investment companies, share incentive schemes, IHT / Estate Planning, protecting cash / property from trade risk, remuneration planning and succession planning.
