Job summary

Blusource is recruiting for a key Tax Advisory role, open from Tax Senior to Director level, with hybrid working from the East Midlands. The firm offers a generous salary package and can design a role to fit the right candidate, including potential nationwide/international projects.

Role focuses on high-value advisory work with no timesheets, enabling close collaboration with founders, investors, and private clients on transaction tax, reorganisations, trusts and succession planning.

Job description

We are hiring a key, new Tax Advisory job role, available at anywhere from Tax Senior to Manager, up to Tax Senior Manager or Director level, for a leading organisationcommutable from Leicester, most parts of the East Midlands and wider Midlands region, with hybrid working on offer.

Salary wise, the firm are open, so they can hire at various experience levels and provide a generous salary and reward package for the right hire, with the firm willing to consider recruits up to a Senior Manager or Director grade, but equally interested in those at newly qualified (CTA / ATT or equivalent) level upwards.

In a position focused on pure tax advisory, there are no timesheets and no tax compliance, working on great clients and high value work.

The firm can consider people from a tax compliance background, who want to move into advisory, as well as those with established advisory experience.

Role Summary:

The firm are open on your level of experience, salary requirements etc as they can hire at different grades. If they find the right person, who could match the firm in terms of personality, technical skills and career aims, they can design the role and reward package to suit the right person

This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing advisory practice.
This is a pure advisory role. Big 4 calibre work, high-profile clients, and genuinely sophisticated problem solving. You’ll work closely with founders, investors, and private clients on transaction tax, group reorganisations, trusts and succession planning, and share planning. This is the type of work where judgement matters and you sit close to the decision makers.
