A leading West Coast US firm, our client would like to hire a Tax associate, ideally with 3 year’s post-qualified experience, into its London Tax team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working on a broad range of both advisory and transactional tax matters, with a focus on corporate / M&A and finance transactions, as well as experience of restructurings and investment structures, gained within another leading City Tax team (UK or US). Collaborating with various teams within the London office and internationally, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership in a collaborative, growing London practice.
