Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Targeting Systems Analyst to join our defense-focused team in Molesworth, UK. The role conducts all-source analysis of foreign military capabilities and complex target systems to support targeting and operational planning.

You will collaborate across multiple intelligence agencies, produce long-form intelligence assessments and briefings, and apply structured analytic tradecraft. A DoD Top Secret clearance and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Experience collaborating across multiple intelligence agencies or organizations.
• Experience producing and presenting long-form intelligence products.
• Strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and structured analysis.
