Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tallyman Senior Config Developer with deep expertise in the Tallyman Collections platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-toend collections workflows across Cards, Loans, Mortgages, and other financial products. This role requires handson experience in Tallyman configuration, strategy design, and implementation, as well as the ability to collaborate with technical leads and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile:

• Design, configure, and maintain Tallyman Collections strategies, plans, and arrangements.
• Understand and map the overall collections workflow for Cards, Loans, Mortgages, and other financial products.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads to drive technical design, reviews, and implementation planning.
• Provide support during various project phases including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues and defects in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices for configuration and documentation.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

Your Role:

• 5+ years of experience in Tallyman Collections platform configuration and development.
• Strong understanding of collections lifecycle and workflows across multiple financial products.
• Proven experience in configuring Tallyman strategies, plans, and arrangements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience in banking or financial services domain.
• Familiarity with integration of Tallyman with upstream/downstream systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data analysis and reporting.
