Talkin Tarn Waiter/Waitress - CMB2167e

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a beautiful lakeside setting?

Cumberland Council is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter to join the team at the Talkin Tarn Tearoom and Kiosk. In this varied role, you’ll serve food and drinks, assist visitors, support site operations, and help maintain a welcoming environment for all. You’ll also handle transactions, monitor stock, and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.

No specific previous experience in catering is required, however good communication and customer service skills will be necessary. Training will be given in food hygiene and first aid. Shifts will include working weekends and bank holidays on a rota system. There may be a requirement to work additional hours depending on the needs of the team.
