As part of our team in Nottingham, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the individuals who shape our company’s future. You'll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders, providing expert guidance and insights throughout the recruitment process. Whether it's sourcing candidates, managing end-to-end hiring, or supporting strategic talent mapping and workforce planning, your work will be valued and visible.

This is a hybrid role with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM, and an early finish at 4:00PM on Fridays, who wouldn’t love that? We also offer flexibility with hours and working from home availability to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance! We would also consider someone who is looking for part time hours.
