The Role

We need a proactive, consultative recruiter to deliver the best talent across the Guidant customer portfolio. To drive fulfilment and provide service excellence to our customers by embracing a promised based culture. You will manage the recruitment life cycle across client accounts and build strong, long‑standing relationships with our Customers, Candidates and External Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a quality, highly engaging and consultative recruitment service to clients in‑line with the requirements of the client and company
• Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitably skilled candidates, ensuring optimum levels of workers are available to meet the client needs
• To be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with client KPI's and SLA's
• Screen, interview, assess candidates in‑line with the company and client standards where applicable, ensuring a detailed understanding of their job and career requirements
• Proactively arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing / de‑briefing takes place with constructive feedback provided

About You:
