LOCATION - Scotland Area

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are keen to connect with sales talent who may be interested in joining our team as a field-based sales representative. As a sales representative you will be responsible for maximizing sales within your territory and making sure our products are at the forefront for independent retailers.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, championing Scandinavian Tobacco's products to exceed sales goals.
  • Product Mastery: Become an expert on the product portfolio, conducting engaging demonstrations and training sessions to build retailer confidence.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends and competitor actions, sharing valuable insights with management to adapt strategies.
  • Territory Excellence: Manage and prioritize the assigned territory effectively, crafting strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Efficient Order Processing and Reporting: Ensure smooth order processing and maintain detailed records of sales activities, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
  • Skilled in handling store-level data and familiar with CRM or similar reporting systems.
  • Prior experience as a sales consultant in the grocery industry and/or FMCG.
  • Background in working at a grocery store with an interest in tobacco.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, with a positive attitude and a fearless approach to market challenges.
  • Holds a full driver's license.
