  • Exposure to private equity clients or PE‑backed companies, with an appreciation of the pace and dynamics inherent in PE environments.
  • Sector familiarity in software/data, B2B tech services, and healthcare topics is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Collaborative team player, with the ability to build relationships across the investment team and portfolio operations group, as well as rapport with executives.
  • Demonstrable maturity and professional presence, evidencing confidence and polish in engaging with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.
  • Customer/service orientation with a strong desire to contribute and add value.
  • Self‑starter with a positive can‑do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional follow‑through and consistently able to deliver results.
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Fluent written and spoken English. A second language (e.g. French, German) is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding academic track record (2:1 or above or equivalent at graduate level).

This role will ideally begin in February 2026 to ensure a handover with the incumbent.
