Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships across the Talent team.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in line with GDPR.
  • Support Talent Management with ER meetings.
  • Work closely with Payroll and Benefits.
  • Coordinate performance review processes.
  • Process invoices and POs accurately.
  • Continuously improve processes and service delivery.
