Overview

Lead a rapid audit of current talent activity across regions, analyze data, and define a global talent agenda with quarterly priorities and deliverables. Design and implement frameworks, processes, and tools for Talent Identification, career milestones, succession planning, and matching individuals to opportunities. Monitor external talent trends and integrate innovative strategies into the firm's agenda. Collaborate with HR and CoEs to align with current projects while advancing the global Talent agenda and enhancing the employee experience. Support the design and delivery of global talent and career development frameworks (including TLNA). Ensure new initiatives align with DE&I goals, performance management, and Partner development. Drive targeted initiatives to develop key talent groups, including underrepresented and female leadership talent. Communicate outcomes and value to stakeholders, delivering clear recommendations backed by strong analysis.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in talent, learning, and leadership development, ideally across multiple sectors including professional services/legal.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Talent systems and processes (Workday or similar).
  • Strong consulting and strategic design experience, with a track record of global process implementation.
  • Experience working with regional/global teams in complex, transforming environments.
  • Commercial, proactive, and enthusiastic mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Skilled in prioritising deliverables, measuring success, and driving innovation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with HR and leadership, with the ability to influence and build credibility.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Collaborative leader with mentoring experience within HR teams.
