Job summary

Entrepreneurs First is hiring a Talent Investor for its London team. This role sits at the top of the venture funnel, sourcing and backing ambitious individuals before they form a company.

You will build a pipeline across Europe’s universities and industries, supporting founders in ideation and helping them stress-test business models within EF's program. The role offers direct exposure to Europe's tech ecosystem and a network of mentors.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience at a top-tier firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Goldman Sachs, or a Tier 1 growth equity fund.
• A demonstrated ability to identify edge in individuals, paired with genuine interest in early-stage venture capital and company building.
• A background from a leading UK or European university, or experience in an elite program such as the UK Civil Service Fast Stream.

Unlike a typical VC associate role that evaluates existing startups, this position sits at the very top of the venture funnel — sourcing and backing ambitious individuals before they have even formed a company.
