Job summary

KMK HR Solutions is seeking a Talent Sourcing & Research Specialist to join its in-house Talent Acquisition team, leveraging executive research, talent mapping and market intelligence to identify top talent across Europe, with a focus on commodity trading and energy markets.

Working with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will identify, engage and build relationships with exceptional talent across trading, origination, technology, risk and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Search, Talent Intelligence, Recruitment Research or Talent Mapping.
• Exposure to commodity trading, energy trading or financial markets.
• Strong ability to identify and attract hard‑to‑find passive candidates.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search expertise.
• Excellent research, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience producing market maps, competitor analysis and talent intelligence reports.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed talent mapping, competitor analysis and market research across European trading markets.
• Identify and engage high-calibre passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and industry networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Produce market intelligence reports, shortlists and competitor insights to support hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and advise on market conditions.
• Track talent trends, compensation data and competitor hiring activity.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through engagement and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate candidate and market intelligence data in talent systems and CRMs.
