You will conduct market mapping across consumer goods sectors, analyse data to inform senior hiring and talent strategy, and contribute to AI-enabled research

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, research tools and data.

• Conduct market mapping and leadership intelligence research across consumer goods sectors.
• Support data-led decision making for senior hiring and talent strategy projects.
• Work with data to identify patterns and build client insight.
• Contribute to AI-driven research initiatives and explore tech enhancements for research.
• Organise, analyse and present information with strong attention to detail.
• Support global talent projects for leading clients.
• Contribute to headhunting and candidate identification in consumer goods.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
