This newly created role of Talent Partner will give you the chance to show how great internal recruitment can truly change a business. You'll bring experience of managing end-to-end hiring, building processes from scratch, and reviewing how employer brand, job adverts, and candidate communication reflect a company's values. You'll be the person who turns ideas into structure, consistency and results. What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver recruitment across all departments, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience
  • Build a direct sourcing model to reduce reliance on agencies and create measurable savings in recruitment spend
  • Partner with managers to develop recruitment knowledge and confidence across the business
  • Shape the employer brand and how the company and its roles are presented internally and externally
  • Create content and campaigns that highlight the culture, employee experience, and career opportunities
  • Strengthen early careers and apprenticeship recruitment through relationships with local providers
  • Use recruitment data to track progress, evidence impact, and continuously improve
Qualifications
  • Proven internal recruitment experience within a busy, fast-paced organisation

  • Experience reviewing and elevating employer branding and candidate experience
  • The confidence to influence and collaborate with stakeholders from day one
