Developing our employees is a top priority at Jump and the person in this role will work closely with business leaders and the wider People Operations teams to design, build and implement exciting learning and development initiatives throughout the firm.

We are looking for a regional leader responsible for identifying and delivering non-campus related professional & skill development programs, and other related initiatives in EMEA while operating collaboratively within the global Jump structure.

This role will take ownership for the development of our UK & EU based talent, with a global reach through active partnerships across the world. You will lead strategic programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape scalable development initiatives that can extend beyond EMEA as opportunities arise.

What you’ll do
  • Drive the EMEA professional and leadership development strategy.
  • Learn from existing campus talent development programs.
  • Understand broader business objectives and design relevant programs.
  • Partner closely with the broader people ops team, understand how this role fits into the broader picture.
  • Leadership and manager development/coaching.
  • Skill development and training sessions (eg python classes).
  • Introductory resources for out of industry hires (eg quant trading 101).
  • External speakers’ series (eg bring in professors or industry experts).
  • Internal knowledge sharing opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.
