Talent & Development Lead

First Choice Homes Oldham • Oldham, OL1 1BE • Salary £42,500 per annum • Full‑time (37 hrs per week) Hybrid.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver inspiring learning and development programmes that grow people and leadership capability.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organisation.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and help measure what matters.
  • Support the delivery of our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Strategy and embed inclusive practices throughout FCHO.
  • Manage apprenticeships, graduate schemes and talent development programmes to nurture and grow talent from within.
Ideal Candidate
  • Significant experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes.
  • Confident building relationships and influencing at all levels with strong business acumen.
  • Experience in coaching, leadership development and talent management.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and/or a coaching qualification (desirable).
  • Understand the importance of EDI and demonstrate this in all areas of work.
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive learning culture that supports continuous improvement and colleague growth.
  • Experience implementing staff surveys, workshops and events.
  • Experience working with psychometric tools.
  • Experience measuring ROI and full evaluation programmes.
