You will coordinate onboarding from integration into client projects to embedding colleagues within the Inverto team, ensuring a motivating start and clear development paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally with HR/Business/Psychology focus.
• Some initial experience in an HR function with a focus on development is preferred.

How You'll Impact.

Together with our Career Development Team, you will shape and support the career development of our consultants. You will initiate project evaluations, moderate feedback discussions, and coordinate the preparation of our regular Career Development Meetings. As a competent point of contact, you will assist internal stakeholders with all questions regarding the career development of our consultants. In doing so, you will ensure the systematic collection and analysis of development-relevant data and drive the continuous optimization of our talent management processes in coordination with various leadership levels.

Exciting Insights into Workforce Planning.

In close collaboration with the Staffing Team, you will ensure that our consultants are assigned to suitable projects according to their level of development. Through your knowledge of Career Development processes, you will actively contribute to the further development of our consultants and help them reach their full potential.

A Successful Start.

You will support our consultants. Together with the Career Development Team, you will coordinate and assist in the onboarding process from integration into client projects to embedding them within our Inverto team. This ensures that new Invertos experience a smooth and motivating start.

What You'll Bring.

You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally with a focus on HR, Business or Psychology related.
