- Lead talent initiatives within the Advisor Academy for PBWM client-facing colleagues.
- Own strategy, design and delivery of talent pathways and programmes (e.g., Junior Banker Programme).
- Drive adoption of innovative development solutions, including AI-enabled coaching and digital learning.
- Collaborate with Induction and Skill Development leads to create a seamless colleague journey from onboarding to development.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders to identify talent opportunities and shape solutions.
- Use data and feedback to measure impact and inform decisions.
