Royal Lancaster London is seeking a Talent and Culture Manager to lead the Talent & Culture department and drive an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role is permanent with an immediate start, located at our central London property near Lancaster Gate, Paddington, Bayswater and Marble Arch.

You will be responsible for implementing policies, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

• Ability to design and deliver training programs.

We are currently looking for a passionate Talent and Culture Manager, to join our Talent & Culture Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Talent and Culture Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Lead the implementation of all Talent & Culture policies and processes.
• Champion a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity and individuality, leading employee engagement activities, recognition events, team socials, well-being initiatives and mental health awareness activities.
• Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, policies and audit standards, maintaining accurate records for immigration, right-to-work, GDPR and Health & Safety, as well as accurate and compliant employee records, contracts and personnel files.
• Support all team members and managers with advice on employee relations matters.
• Take responsibility for team development by proactively identifying learning opportunities, having the appropriate knowledge to deliver and write relevant training, and ensure attendance at all agreed training sessions.
• You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
