A leading talent management firm in Greater London seeks a Talent Coordinator to support Talent Managers in the entertainment industry. Responsibilities include managing schedules, travel arrangements, and engaging with clients. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in the industry and excels in communication and organization. This role offers growth potential into an Associate Talent Manager position.
Talent Coordinators play a key role in supporting 1-2 Talent Managers or Senior Talent Managers who represent an exciting roster of clients within the entertainment industry. This involves working collaboratively, proactively and efficiently with the manager(s) to ensure all procured activities run smoothly in addition to supporting new engagements. The role allows for the individual to work autonomously but with guidance from the manager on how to hone their skills. In time they would gain more responsibility that could cover costing up jobs and pitching talent to brands to secure commercial opportunities.
