Tiger is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing international media production company in their search for a talented Talent Coordinator. With ambitious growth plans and headcount set to reach 200 employees, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to their continued expansion.

The Opportunity

As Talent Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Talent team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring interviews are smoothly arranged, recruitment documentation is accurately maintained, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders is efficient and professional.

What you’ll do:
  • Schedule interviews, send invites and confirmations, and manage changes or candidate queries
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, update documentation, and ensure candidate information is accurate and organised
  • Support job postings, manage applications within the ATS, prepare interview materials, and track interview feedback
  • Liaise with candidates and internal teams, manage day-to-day admin, and help keep recruitment processes running seamlessly
Who you are:
  • A proactive self-starter, confident working independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar coordination or HR support role
  • Experienced in using ATS systems
  • Previous exposure to the creative or media sector is a plus
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
