  • Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the screening of applications and liaise with hiring managers to progress candidates effectively.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide support for onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function to enhance efficiency.
