This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a preference for a candidate near our London offices. The team go into the office near Kings Cross once a week.

We're looking for a proactive, strategic Talent Manager to lead BSR's global talent acquisition and performance management functions. In this role you will be stewarding our approach to talent reviews, performance, promotions, and career development while driving recruitment for a diverse, international workforce. You will be responsible for the full talent lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding to performance management.
You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, team managers, and colleagues across regions to ensure BSR attracts, develops, and retains exceptional people. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, has strong judgment, and is energized by supporting teams to grow and succeed. You will have support from a dedicated People and Culture associate in Asia.
